This marvel of engineering, Trail Scout Patrol - mountain eBike, is an excellent choice for the demands of patrol work. Its robust design, reliable performance, and long battery life make it suitable for all terrains and riding demands. Designed to be balanced, with a lower center of gravity, using the battery under the rider configuration. This keeps the front end lighter and easier to maneuver, overall balance is 50/50.
The Trail Scout Patrol is capable of the sustained, heavy duty use needed in patrol work. With 350 Pound capacity for rider and gear the bike can easily handle it's duties fully loaded. 27 speed drive train allows the rider a more comfortable pedal cadence. Keeping the rider more comfortable in any terrain, allows for alert and longer duration patrols.
Trail Scout, a 26 X 4 -inch fat tire electric mountain bike equipped with our proprietary Ultra-High-Torque 750W motor and a 48V 17.4 AH battery (Samsung Cells - Over 1000 Charge Cycles/ Fully Charged 52+volts = 905 watt hours). Instant Access - twist throttle up to 35 MPH. With a range of over 70 miles of pedal assist on a single charge, this electric mountain bike is perfect for sustained heavy duty use. Ion Patrol Bike
Private security neighborhood patrol. Our Ion Patrol bike is marvelous. It keeps going like the energizer bunny. We forgot to charge it and got 2 days patrol out of the battery. We use golf carts to patrol but this bike gives our officers a higher view to see over cars and short fences that we can't see in the carts. It also fits much easier on the walking paths around the wooded areas and with the fat tires we can go off road at anytime. It is a huge upgrade over our other bikes and carts. Very comfortable to ride. Handles well in tight situations. As for the actual performance. We can easily catch any other electric bicycle. We have a large group of young teenagers riding ebikes that cause complaints in several of our areas. We were able to easily catch them when they decided to try and evade us. The bike is now a legend in that place and the complaints have completely stopped. The golf cart was not able to catch them. We had one small issue with the bike, we called the company and it was fixed right then and there with a phone call. Very impressed with the bike and the company. 5 stars.
