ION Electric Bicycles Pre-Orders are handled exactly as our standard online sale with the exception of delivery date.
A pre-order is a fully paid purchase on a bike still being built or yet to be built. Purchasing a pre-order bike will "lock in" your order for the exact bike, color, equipment accessories, months before they will be available online for immediate delivery.
At time of order you will be issued an "expected ship date". This is NOT a guarantee but more of an approximation date. If it meets with your approval go ahead and place your order.
Once your order arrives at our Quality Control and Fulfillment Facility in Orange County, California, USA, and passes it's Quality Control, it is OK'd for shipping and on its way to your door.
